Incisive Financial Understanding

SOFTWARE

There are a number of developments currently taking place on this front. The common theme is that of giving people the tools they need to enhance the financial situation of their business.

Background

The advent of the Enterprise Act in 1992 and a key legal case has had a profound impact on how banks view lending money to businesses.

With conventional overdraft lending, banks can exert less control over a company's assets than before. This has led to a move in favour of invoice finance-based offerings. as such there is an even greater interest in the strength of the underlying cash flow of their clients.

In practice, this means banks are increasingly keen to understand how sensitive a client's cash flow is to various 'what-if' scenarios that a business might encounter.

Experience suggests that banks are often one step ahead of their clients in understanding how the dynamics play out in the numbers. (Not surprising, this is their jub!) But this puts businesses at a distinct disadvantage.

We have spent considerable time now, developing software to help businesses see how different scenarios will play out and avoid learning by bitter experience.

Current Status

We hope to be in a position to release the first piece of software around the beginning of 2008 with many more to follow.

For  priority details please register your interest in the Cash Flow Software mentioning 'software' in th text.
